I'm looking for any information about Thomas Henry O'Connor born abt 1820 Killarney Kerry Ireland married to Mary Whelan born abt 1820 to 1830. They ended up in Ohio United States. One of their children is named James Joseph O'Connor out of several children . He went by the name Homer possibly. I can't find any information on them besides a few things in Ohio. No parents info or marriage info. Please help. Thank you.

On the free site, irishgenealogy.ie, under the church records tab for Kerry, there are two Thomas Connor's from the RC parish of Killarney.
Thomas Connor, 15 Sept 1819, address - Droumhumper, parents - Daniel Connor & Margaret Cronin, sponsors - John Connor & John Cronin
Thomas Connor, 16 Apr 1820, address - Killarney, parents - Daniel Connor & Johanna Sheehan, sponsors - Denis Connor & Elizabeth Mahoney
Was Mary Whelan born in the RC parish of Killarney too? I did not find a record for her in that time frame. Were they married in Ireland or in the US? I could not find a marriage record for them in Killarney. What were some of their other children's names? IF they used the Irish naming tradition for naming children, that might give you a clue as to which is the correct Thomas via the mother's name since the two fathers have the same name.
