Lough Gur Historical journal 2000 is now available to view on our website www.loughgur.com - under the Honey Fitz tab and then Historical Society tab. There are lots of interesting stories and articles ranging from details of the attack on Kilmallock RIC barracks in 1920, to details of old parishes in the Herbertstown area which includes headstone transcriptions from Kilcullane, Ballinamona and Cahercorny graveyards. We hope to put some of the other journals up on the website as soon as possible.
