Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
The RC records for Ennistymon are not available until 1870 and civil registration started in 1864. I looke at the 1855 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Kilmanaheen civil parish and did not see a Daniel Manning record.

Check out the Co. Clare library site.

You mention that Mary Hynes was from Kinvara. Do you mean the village and civil parish in Co. Galway which borders the top of Co. Clare? Kinvara is a good distance from Ennistymon.
Did the marriage occur in Ireland and do you know the approximate year?
If the marriage was held in the bride's parish of Kinvara then there may be a problem because there is a gap in their marriage records from August 1853-November 1867. http://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0632
Here is a link to the 1855 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Kinvarradorrus civil parish and you will see many Hynes and Nilan records. No Edmund Hynes but there is a Bridget Hynes.

IHello, I think Patrick Marning's family name is Marrinan and he was born to Patrick Marrinan and Mary Bolan in 1834 in Breaffa , Miltown Malbay...I think his parents names recorded on his death cert may be wrong.
I believe that Patrick was the brother of my Great grandmother Mary Marrinan who born to Patrick Marrinan and Mary Bolan in 1844...Mary married John Quaily/ Quealy in 1870, their son Patrick Quailey/Quealy and daughter Margaret migrated to Nsw Australia in 1894 joining Patrick Marning in Mookerawa Nsw , they all lived out their lives there farming , marrying and raising families...in 1901 Patrick returned to Clare and brought his sister's youngest son Michael Queally back to NSW with him, Michael later went to New Zealand and lived out his life there.
We grew up believing Patrick Marning was Patrick Quealy's uncle, I can't account for the parents listed on Patrick Marning's death certificate but I believe they are incorrect...
There is an online listings of births for the parish of Kilfarboy , Miltown Malbay which lists both Patrick and Mary Marrinan and their siblings.
