You would needto start with your father's birth certificate to get his parents names etc. Births in Northern Ireland less than 100 years ago are not on-line. The information is available to the public just not on-line on most websites. The records are kept by GRONI in Belfast. They can look them up for you, or you can go into their offices and search there. Alternatively there are some terminals in the Public Record office (PRONI) in Belfast which also have access to recent records.

So you might need to either e-mail GRONI, or get a researcher to go to GRONO or PRONI and search for you.
