I Don't Know What I Have!!!

Can someone please help me, I have a baptism record but I don't know where the baptism took place.  I believe this record is for my great-grandfather, John Doyle.  He was born in County Cork on 11 Jan 1840.  The baptism record I found was for John Doyle baptised on 13 Jan 1840.  I don't know his parents names but I think this is his baptismal record so that would mean I now have his parents names.  One BIG problem I have is I don't know where this took place. What I really want to know is did the baptism take place is County Cork?
