This interactive, informative and fun event will recreate rural life of 1916 and reflect on developments over the past century. This event has something to entertain and educate young and old, and celebrates rural Ireland from 100 years ago.
The event will form part of the official 1916 Rising Commemorations and will reflect on an important part of life in Ireland at the beginning of the last century. The role of women in the Rising, farming and rural life in 1916 will be at the forefront of this event.
