There were Power's living over Lisvernane way in Aherlow who were weavers so would not have been listed in the Tithes applotment ..
William is listed in the Griffith Valuation www.askaboutireland.ie
There is a mention of Power on http://www.henneberry.org/galbally_church.htm which may be worth checking out as Powers were few in this area at this time - They mainly residing in the nearby parish of Lattin ..
As for Murphy - They are plentiful - let me do a little research to see which branch Jane is a common name with
Aherlow is a sister parish to Galbally, but is in county Tipperary, and many from Aherlow refer to Galbally as their nearest village,,,,
