This year our day gets under way at 2.00pm in the church
Dr. Kieran Jordon giving a talk on the 1916 Rising. There will be a display of artifacts from the period of The Rising on display in the church. Following the event at the church and in conjunction with Ballyorgan Tidy Towns Committee there will be the unveiling of a Memorial Stone in Ballyorgan. Our day will finish in the customary way with a fundraising B.B.Q. at The Village Inn followed by an evening of music in the pub.
