I'm researching to find Michael Dowling, of County Meath. He was b. in 1804/5 and moved to Liverpool, Lancashire, England prior to 1835. He wed, in 1835, Mary Ann Ryan (St. Peters Priory, Liverpool), but he is listed as Born in Ireland. His son Peter Joseph Dowling (1836) is my ancestor.
Family history says County Meath, but this is subject to change, I'm sure.
Any help would be fabulous!

I checked the Roots Ireland indexes and they have 11 Michael Dowling baptismal records from 1803-1805, however, none of the records were in Co. Meath. In addition many churches do not have records back to 1805. Without knowing your Michael's parents names, there would be no way to confirm if any of the 11 records were corrrect.

You may want to get a short-term subscription to Roots Ireland. However, if you don't know his parents names, it will be difficult to confirm a record.
