Born at townland of Carn. Married wife Elenor (McDonnell) 3 Nov 1825 (Diocese of Achonry, Parish of Meelick & Kilconduff). Record of request for Seed Loan in 1847. Moved with wife and seven of their children to Coxhoe, in NE England approx.1851. Male children all became coal miners. Died in 1874 at 92, Long Row, Coxhoe at the age of approx. 80 from 'Senectus' (Old Age). Four of Anthony & Elenor's children who came to England with them subsequently emigrated to US.
