Catharine Murphy was born c.1823. She married Jeremiah Hurley and they had at least two daughters Mary Ryan-Hurley b.1851and Margaret Davern b.1856. She died on 3 December 1898 in Glenough Upper, Rossmore, Clonoulty having lived a long life of 75 years. Any further information on Catharine and the Murphy family would be appreciated.
