Eliza O'Neill was born in 1862, in Connolly, Kilmaley parish, County Clare, Ireland. 

She was one of six or 7 daughters born to John O'Neill and Phillis Corry.

John O'Neill was a farmer, at Cloonboula, Kilmaley parish, County Clare, Ireland.

The other daughters were: Margaret (b.1846) who married James Kelly in Kilmaley,in 1870, She died in Dec 1884, in Kilmaley, County Clare, Ireland.

Honor (b.1849), who married Charles Fitzgerald, and lived (and died) in Tullycrine Lower, County Clare, Ireland, They are buried in the Kilmurry McMahon cemetery.

Bridget (b. 1853), who married John Murphy, and lived and died in Feighroe, Connolly, County Clare, Ireland.

Mary (b.1855), who emigrated to Adelaide, South Australia and married Robert Barr Raftery, in Norwood, Adelaide, South Australia, in 1889. She died in 1942 in Adelaide, South Australia.

Annie (b. 1858) (may have been baptised "Phillis Ann"). She emigrated to Adelaide, South Australia, and married John Stack, in Norwood, Adelaide, in 1894. She died in Adelaide in 1947.

Eliza (b. 1862) emigrated to South Australia, between 1879 and 1882. She married Fred Munday, in Adelaide, South Australia, in February 1883, and died in Adelaide, in October 1918.

I cannot find a shipping record for Eliza, nor Annie. Mary may have emigrated on the ship "Devon" in 1880, from Plymouth, England, sponsored by Bridget Carmody, of Appila.
