Hello. I am Nonie's oldest grandson and my father is her youngest child (he is 85 years old now). We still live in New York City, where she settled after arriving in the USA from Ireland.

This is amazing! would love to touch base further and also can share with you the little information I have on hand, just so you know I am the youngest child of Williams 2nd son Terence(Teck) sadly he passed away young in 1989, he would be 90 next month if still alive. I’m sorry for my delay in responding. I’d be happy to share information and answer any questions that I’m able to. I did a small amount of research a few years ago on the Ancestry.com website. The Ireland census also had some interesting information about the McCarthy family from Doon, Co. Limerick in 1901 & 1911.
My father remembers your grandfather visiting his family in Brooklyn, New York when he was a boy. He doesn’t recall the year, but he does have a photo of William with his sisters that I could share with you.If you would prefer, you can contact me by email, at clarkp3@verizon.net
