Judith Lalor may have joined a convent as one of James & Eliza’s daughters is said to have been a nun in Castlecomer. [In the April 1911 Census a Julia Lalor aged 48, born in Co. Kilkenny, was a nun in the old Presentation Convent school in Castlecomer which is now used as the library on the ground floor and County Council offices above. The convent building was sold in 2007 when the Presentation Nuns ended their involvement with education in Castlecomer which had began in 1829. Is this Judith??]
