Michael Joseph Cronin was born in Cork, Ireland on 01 Jan 1864.

He joined the Montgomery Police Department and worked in this area of law enforcement until his death, Jan. 1941.
He is buried in Oakwood Cemetery, St. Margaret's Section in Montgomery, Alabama.
