ISLINGTON: ROBERT MORRISON DEAD: Lived in Ontario for almost 70 years -
"The death of Robert Morrison, aged 79 years, took place at his home in Islington, Friday morning. Mr Morrison was born in County Sligo Ireland but came to Ontario at 12 years of age. For many years he farmed at Elmbank, and then later moved to Weston. About 10 years ago he made his home in Islington and has lived there since that time. He was a life long Methodist, and is survived by five sons and two daughters, George, Joseph, Herbert C. and John of Saskatchewan, and Robert of Toronto; daughters, Mrs H. Westlake of Bond Head Ontario and Mrs. H.S. Shannon of Sask. John Morrison represents the constituency of Weyburn, Sask. in the Federal House."
