My great-grandfather was the son of Thomas McNeill and Bridget Fallon. They married 13 Feb 1831 Athleague, Co Roscommon.
Thomas Francis McNeill had one brother that I know of, James Joseph McNeill. James came to the United States several years before Thomas did. Both men worked for the railroads. James ended up in California and Thomas staying the Nebraska, where he bought land in Buffalo County.
Thomas married Margaret A. Gorman, 9 Nov 1884 Grand Island, Hall Co, NE. Maggie was born 17 March 1861 Co Cork, Ireland. Her parents were Michael Gorman and Mary O'Brien. They married 24 Feb 1857 Mitchelstown Parish, Co Cork, Ireland.
