St Grellan's Gaelic Football Club was founded in 1913.

Their grounds are at Dunlo GAA Grounds.

Their colours are black and amber.

In 2005 St Grellan's joined with Ballinasloe Hurling Club to form Ballinsaloe GAA Club.
