    Welcome to ireland Reaching Out!

The RC church in Abbeyknockmoy has baptismal records back to 1821 and they are available on Roots Ireland. However, when I searched for baptismal records for children of an L. Mullen, no records came up which implies that the children of Laurence Mullen were baptized in another parish that does not have records back to 1821-1845.

I also looked at the Tithe records and did not see a record for Laurence.

    Any other clues

We have an XO Chronicles site where you can add stories of your ancestors who emigrated from Ireland https://www.irelandxo.com/ireland-xo/history-and-genealogy/ancestor-dat…

You may also want to consider autosomal DNA testing.
