I'm looking for more information about Peter GRAY and his wife Bridget of Aghaward in Clonbroney Parish. Peter GRAY is listed there in the 1855 Griffith's and the Parish of Clonbroney Deaths notes that a Peter GRAY of Aghaward died 25 Mar 1862.

Peter and Bridget's only-known son, Charles GRAY, was born in the 1830s and was married 28 Oct 1858 in Clonbroney to Mary DOYLE (1837-1900, daughter of Thomas DOYLE and Rose ROGERS). The residence given appears to be Lislea (which borders Aghaward) and when Charles and Mary's first child, Mary, was baptized at Clonbroney in Aug 1859, they lived in Aghaward. In 1860 Charles GRAY and his wife and daughter emigrated to the US.

Peter and Bridget might also be the parents of Mary GRAY, born c.1832, who also emigrated to the US where in 1861 she married the much older Bartholomew DOYLE (c.1798-1868), who was - I think - Mary (DOYLE) GRAY's uncle. Mary (GRAY) DOYLE's 1909 death certificate states that her parents were Peter GRAY and Bridget O'NEIL - but I don't know whether to trust it.

Any new clues or information would be greatly appreciated!
