Hello,

I was hoping someone may have some suggestions or the ability to provide me with information pertaining to my tree. My tree is uploaded on Ancestry.com , unfortunately I am at the point where I believe that I can't confidently move forward because there is no supporting evidence to suggest otherwise. The Thru Line Suggestions I don't believe are correct.  Since ThruLines are based upon others trees , an incorrect entry could give a false suggestion. Many people add information with out any supporting evidence. I don't.
 My questions are,

Where would one find information for late 1700's to 1840

I have uploaded my dna to GEDMatch, searched Civil and Church records Via Family Search, Ancestry, Griffith's and Irish GI.

The people I am seeking information are.

Pat Mulkeen 1782

Brigid/Bridget Barnicle married Mulkeen

Brig Finn married Lyons

Austin Lyons all of Ballyhaunis, all with birthdays sometime between 1780-1810.I need to confirm if they are indeed spouses and who their children were.

Thank you!

  • HillBoston:

Records for the RC parish of Ballyhaunis start in 1851.

I looked at the 1855 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Annagh civil parish and there is a Patrick Mulkeen in Farnaun townland. Did your Patrick Mulkeen live untill 1855?

The 1855 Griffiths Valuation also listed a n Austin Lyons in Annagh townland in Aghamore civil parish. Possibly the Austin Lyons in your message.
