Hello,

I am seeking info on the Teston/Testin/Testan family from Limerick:

  • Henry Teston, born about 1804
  • His wife, Susan ____ Teston, born about 1802
  • Their daughter Mary, born about 1838; so Henry and Susan would have been married between 1820 and 1838 or so.

Any help finding the parents' marriage record, and/or Mary's baptism record, would be greatly appreciated (they were Catholic). I assume the parents' baptismal records would not have been recorded back then...

    I searched the subscription site Roots Ireland for all of Ireland and did not find the marriage record or Mary's baptismal record. There was one Henry Teston family in Co. Wexford but his wife was Ann Monaghan.

    I do have a followup question to your November 12th reply; I had asked about the McCues of Leitrim, and you found 2 Charles McCues--can you tell me which parishes those were in?
