Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me resolve this. I am researching the Anglim family in Clare.
The 1821 Freeholders list for Clare lists Thomas and James Anglim as either tenants or freeholders in a place variously spelt as Clounloughney/Clounloghny/Clonloghna.
When I have tried searching online nothing comes up for County Clare. The most similar name I can find is Clounloughna but it is in Limerick County. The most similar name I can find in Clare is Clonloghan but I don't know if this is the same place.
I would very much appreciate it if anyone can clarify this for me.
