Great-Great Grandparents Robert Crawford, and Annie Parks Crawford, emigrated from the Ennis area between 1845 and 1860. Ennis is the only information I have on where they may have lived. They emigrated with their children Robert, William T, Anna, Eva, Isobel and Mary, and probably with Robert Crawford's brother Franklyn. I have no proof they were Catholic. When they ended up in Michigan, they were founders of a local Congregational Church parish, but that may have been through in-laws. Any information on where to begin looking is appreciated.

I would suggest you try looking for them in the land records called the Ttithe Applotment Books (1823-38) or the later Griffith's Valuation (1848-64). Griffith's is freely available online here: www.askaboutireland.com
You could also check church records for baptismal and marriage records, although unless you have a definite location, this could prove difficult.
Have you tried looking for immigration records there? Generally, information was given at the port of arrival rather than the port of departure. You might be able to find more information if you know when and where they went.
