Remembering the Dripsey Ambush of 1921: 
Six volunteers, 5 of which were captured at Dripsey by the 1st Manchester Regiment. All were eventually executed at Victoria Barracks 28th February 1921. The IRA kidnapped Mrs. Lindsay, who had given away information about the ambush, and her Chauffer James Clarke, who were in turn executed by them in reprisal. It is an illustrated presentation with many photographs never having been seen before and the speaker is Mr. Tim O’Brien. The talk commences at 8 p.m.
