Annual Open-Air Mass
The Mass is held every year in the month of June usually at 7.30pm - approx 200 people attend and we have our local Church Choir singing hymns and the whole setting is extremely lovely - while the mass is taking place, off in the distance - one can hear young lambs, birds chirping up in the trees and off towards Capel Island the sea is usually very calm and overall a beautiful setting. After the mass - everybody is welcome to visit the local Community Hall for the cuppa and a chat - it's usually a late night!
