Hi,

     I am trying to trace some information about my Grandparents.

Agnes Kenny (Fitzgibbon) from Crosshaven co. Cork. Daughter of John and Nora Fitzgibbon. Died 2014 and buried in Crosshaven cemetery.

She was married to Michael Kenny who had some connection to the British Army as they lived abroad for many years in places like Rhodesia (zimbabwe) and maybe other places.

I am looking for any information about my Grandfather Michael Kenny or Agnes.

  • Eileen -  The Agnes Fitzgibbon you are referring to married to Michael Kenny is my 1st cousin 1x removed.  Her parents were John Fitzgibbon and Nora Mary Hayes.

  • Eileen - the marriage record posted in this message above is incorrect.  It is not the correct John Fitzgibbon.  There were many, both John and Nora Hayes lived in Crosshaven and died there.
