I have the death register details and am looking for the burial plots for great great grandparents. William died 26 March 1896 Inisclin, Fermanagh Jane died 5 April 1902 • Inisclin, Fermanagh

  • I assume the family was Church of Ireland. Inisclin is in Drumkeeran parish. The UHF site lists 3 graveyards in the parish. One RC, one Methodist and Drumkeeran Church of Ireland which is in Tubbrid townland. Have you tried there? William was a farmer and therefore more likely to be able to afford a gravestone. (The average labourer was usually buried in an unmarked grave).

    PRONI has Drumkeeran Church of Ireland burial records up to 1943. The couple may be in those.

    Isabella and her husband, William Matthew Shaw, had mentioned Donegal in some of their early documents in New Zealand. Her brother James family... in the 1901/11 census... list religion as Church of Ireland.

    I found this for James, so will broaden my search to Donegal/Pettigo.
