I am researching my family history and Alice Keane was my great grandmother. She came from Glenamaddy Galway, and was born around 1878. She went over to Preston, England and had a baby out of wedlock in 1901. I am struggling to find any more information about Alice. Can anyone help?

Did she have another first name? I've searched two data bases and do not see a baptismal/birth record for an Alice Keane in the Glenamaddy area around 1878. Do you know her parents names or siblings?
