      • Thank you very much Eamonn. Yes this is my relative. I am hoping to find information on her parents and siblings etc.The different spellings can be confusing, I was aware that Nolan has been spelt Nowlan but hadn't thought of Tynan with an 'L'.

I have also been researching their children Daniel b.1837; Kyran b.1839; Michael b.1840; Thomas b.1841; Catherine b.1843 and Martin b.1845. Kyran, Michael, Thomas and Martin came to Australia. I am a descendant of Kyran. Daniel and Catherine stayed in Ireland, Daniel married Catherine Maher and they had five children. Catherine married Michael Brennan and they had three children. I would love to know if any of their descendants still live in the area. The information I have is from the Kilkenny Archaeological Society.

        Thank you again,

        Marion.

Thank you so much Eamonn, I will do that.

I am planning a trip to Ireland this June so it would be handy if I knew in advance where to go.

        Marion.
