Street Music

Anyone interested in or connected to the Parish of Islandeady is invited home for a weekend of celebration in May. Some of the events planned include a visit to the national schools as part of a trip down memory lane. People will also be given assistance in tracing their ancestors and can view some of the parish records. An exhibition will also take place in the Community Centre featuring old photographs of places and people in the parish. The weekend will culminate with a Barn Dance in the Halfway House.
