Thanks for reading.

I'm trying to confirm the breadcrumbs of an ancestor I'm looking for.

Elizabeth Weir b. ~1811 married Edward Cuddy/Cuddehy in 1842 in Longwood (Killine/Clonard). Her brother Simon b. 1808 moved to New York with her two sons.

I've found a Thomas Weer bapt. 1787 in Nobber, Co Meath. He was the son of Terence and Cathy and married Arabella.

I'm trying to learn more about this family and confirm if they're connected. The only Elizabeth Weir I can find records for was born in Co. Siglo. (Drumcliffe). I have not been able to identify anything on Simon.

Welcome back to Ireland Reaching Out!

Find My Past had this 1810 baptismal record in Dublin. No luck with Simon.
