I am looking for my 3x great grandmother, Mary Commins born about 1810-14. She married Tim Forde most likely before 1830 where I found the record of their daughter Bridget (Feb 1830) registered at Cappawhite.
I have not be able to find her origins and neither have I found the origins of her husband, Timothy. Timothy was a school teacher (as noted in his daughter's baptismal record...only time I've ever seen an occupation listed in Ireland's church records!). In 1834 Mary and Tim gave birth to their second child, Maria in New Birmingham/Glengoole where they lived out their lives. Mary applied to teach needlework and was accepted in 1847 into the National School system, teaching alongside her husband.
I have no idea where Mary was born, nor where she and Tim Forde married.
Thank you for your help!
