My great, great grandfather is Patrick Ryan, I believe from Ballaugh bue or Killenaule. I’ve seen a baptismal record of a Patrick Ryan baptized on 22 May 1821 in Killenaule church records. My DNA also shows I’m related to Ellen Ryan, daughter of Edmund Ryan from the Killenaule area. If you can verify that Patrick is related to Edmund, than I believe I can be certain that I have the correct Patrick. Same 1821 baptismal record states Anne Ryan as Patrick’s Mother. Would that mean that a Ryan married a Ryan ?? Can you tell me her parents perhaps ?. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
