Hello,

Can someone please tell me the PLU (civil registration district) for Baldwinstown townland in County Wexford?  As well as the PLU for Rathangan townland in County Wexford?

Baldwinstown is in the Kilcowan Civil Parish and Rathangan is in the Duncormick Civil Parish.

  • For the town and townland of Baldwinstown the poor law union / civil registration district was : Wexford (based in the county town). For reference the sub-districts, or Dispensary Districts were : Bannow, Bridgetown, Broadway, Taghmon & Glynn and Wexford town.

    Rathangan townland, Duncormick civil parish the poor law union / civil registration district was also : Wexford.

    See the entries for these on the placename datebase which includes a map - Baldwinstown, and Rathangan. The adjacent PLU to the west was New Ross, to the north Enniscorthy
