My ancestors, Francis Jacob and Margaret Moore had two of their children baptized in St. Mary's Church, Newtownbarry in 1807 (Samuel) and 1809 (William). Their eldest daughter, Sarah, born in 1805, was not baptized there (still searching for that one!). The family emigrated to Canada in 1811. Is anyone else researching the Jacob family? I have not been able to positively identify Francis or Margaret's parents. They were married in the Ossory diocese in 1804 but I do not know where.
