I checked on Roots Ireland and located baptismal reocrd transcriptions for five of the six children you mentioned between 1829-1834. I did not see a record for John. Possibly there were no Lawless children who remained in Ireland.

I will contact our HQ to see if they have contacts in the Rathdrum area.

When are you going to Ireland?

Hello Roger, thank you for looking at this. I don't think I have seen records for all five you mention. I have seen a birth for a John in 1825. Before his parents married, not sure if he was their child though. I am a descendant from John. I arrive in Dublin on the 12 April, stay there until the 18th. Two nights then in the Wicklow town area & the abt 1 week in Avoca. I leave to go home on 3rd May. My intent is to stay in county Wicklow to find out all I can.
