Catherine Birmingham DOB 1825 Ireland - possibly Galway
Thought to be mother to Thomas Patrick DOB 1845 - lived in UK 1861 Census - Married to Betsey Nee Carley or Kearn DOB 1845 parents to Peter (1871), John (1866), Margaret (1874) Mary (1877) Kate (1879)
Margaret emigrated to USA (NY?) 1890 and was a servant at the time

I checked Roots Ireland www.rootsireland.ie for baptismal records for a Catherine Birmingham from 1823-1827. I found two records-- one in Co. Dublin and the other in Co. Offaly. Many churches do not have records back to 1825 so if Catherine was baptized in one of those churched, her record would not be on Roots.
Roots is a pay site to view a transcription of a church record.
