Still hunting for Thomas Guest (b. 1791)who married Fanny Dagg (b.1795). He was from Cloughjoran, and she was from Modreeney Co Tipperary. They were married in the Church of Ireland, Modreeny Co Tipperary in 1812. Both emigrated to Huntley, Co Carleton, Ontario Canada

  • I am near certain Thomas Guest is the younger brother of John Guest (1786-1864) (my 2nd great grandfather) and his sisters Elizabeth Dagg (1783-1811) nee Dagg, and Mary Rudd (1798-1845), nee Guest. All children of John Guest (c1758-abt 1824) (Junior) and Anne Guest, nee Taylor.

    Pleased to explain further, including how I am related to distant DNA cousins in Ontario by tge right degree.
