Daughter of Isaac Walker, farmer, (1817-1891) and Elizabeth Ewing, Co Armagh.
Emigrated to New Zealand 1880 with sister Frances on "Opawa" to Lyttleton. Believed to have been sponsored by their brother, Robert Henry Walker born 1850 Armagh - died 1924 Rangiora, New Zealand who emigrated to New Zealand 1871 on "Merope".
Robert married (1) Mary Catheren Warren, (2) Annie Russell).
Angelina married Walter Thompson in NZ (1882) and they had 3 children. Angelina signed the New Zealand, Women's Suffrage Petition 1893 in Rangiora, New Zealand. She is buried at the Balcairn Cemetery, Canterbury.
