  • Hi:  I have a potential sister for my Peter Doyle, born Wicklow, ca. 1840-42, name Bridget Doyle, baptized in July 1838 from Leany, Clonegal.  Parents John Doyle and Bridget Maher.  Maybe she is yours?  Do you have a Gedmatch or Family Tree, or my Heritage DNA?  Maybe we could find out that way.  I have several choices for my great grandfather, but no way to narrow it down so far.

  • Hi, I am sorry, but as far as I know, I am not related to Bridget Doyle.  I only posted biographical information that I found in an article on Newspapers.com. 

    I do have Metcalfs who were from County Wicklow.
