My great-grandfather was born in Glenarm. His mother was Wm. Craig who died in 1847. His mother was Agnes McCloy. They were married in 1837. She went to Philadelphia in 1947 with children John, Sarah, David, and James.
My great-grandfather, John, was a businessman in Philadelphia who had a large family, but few survived to adulthood. My cousin, Kurt Schick, has done quite a bit of research on our family.
I've staying in N. Ireland at various times and just loved the place, but never researched our family. If anyone has any information about these people, I'd be delighted to hear it!
