The baptism record is from Parish Clogheen, County Waterford, Diocese of Waterford and Lismore, Denomination Roman Catholic obtained from National Library of Ireland; Dublin, Ireland; Microfilm Number: Microfilm 02453 / 04.

John's siblings are Mary, Catherine, Bridget and possibly a James. Their baptisms were in Parish of Clogheen, Diocese of Waterford and Lismore, County of Tipperary Variant forms of parish name:  Ballysheehan, Shanrahan, Ballyporeen and are as follows.

Other records showing residence were from John Henry's father John Conrick.  Ireland Tithe Applotment 1830 Townsland Rehill, Owners' Names Earl Glengall and the 1831 Tithe Defaulters Transcription, John Canrick, occupation farmer, Residence Rehill, Defaulters Parish Shanrahan, Barony, Iffa & Offa West, County Tipperary.

The next record for John Henry Conrick is 1849 at the  Basilique Notre-Dame, Quebec, Canada.  On October 9, 1849, John Conrick, day worker, major son of the late John Conrick and Eleanore Aherns of the parish of Beauport, on the one hand and Mary Hogan, residing in the Parish of Quebec, major daughter of Thomas Hogan and of Mary Redmond, on the other hand, having  received their mutual consent of marriage and given the blessing.

John Henry's sisters Mary and Catherine were also married in Quebec, Canada and his mother died and buried in St-Brigitte-de Laval Parish, Montmorency, Quebec.  The burial record reads On the 17th day of March 1866 we have intered into the cemetery of this parish the body of Helen Hearn wife of the late John Kondrick who died on the 15th instant at the age of seventy three.

My 2x great grandparents, John Henry Conrick and his wife, Mary Hogan, lived in Montreal from 1871 until their deaths and raised 8 children there.  I have found no marriage record for John Conrick and Ellen Hearn/Ahern in Clogheen, County Tipperary or Waterford, no death record for John Conrick (Senior) and no immigration records to Canada sometime in the 1840's.  I have also no records for Bridget or the possible brother, James.
