William "Henry" CORBETT was born in Knockbride, Cavan in 1806 and joined the 37th Regiment of Foot in 1826 serving in Ireland, West Indies and Canada. He married Agnes Anne Braun (b. 1807) in 1826. Retired from army in 1848 and settled in the Ottawa Valley in Canada. I am seeking any irish connect; parents, siblings, etc
