  • According to my grandmother born in 1890, her father Michael Gough, was a Gardener to the family living in that building. That was the Strangman family of Strangman's brewery. My grandmother also told me that she was on the grounds of the house with her father when King Edward VII visited Waterford in 1904. Not sure if that piece of lore is true but it's a nice story anyway :-)

  • My dear friend, if you are looking for ways to manage and resolve conflicts in an organization, then I want to work in a place where there are no disagreements and conflicts. However, this idea is not always valid, as conflict always remains an important part of life and work. It seems to me that it will be interesting for you to read the article https://www.hrcloud.com/blog/9-methods-to-conflict-resolution in which you will learn about as many as nine ways to resolve conflicts. After all, conflict is simply an obstacle to normal, healthy relationships.
