My dad's family is from Ireland. My grandfather is Edward Charles Bogle. He married an Irene. Not sure of her maiden name. They settled in New York and eventually the family ended up in California in Santa Clara County, city of Morgan Hill.  Irene left to go back to New York sometime during the 60's I believe. Not sure is they are second generation or first. I am just scratching the surface on research as I am the only living relative that I know of.

    There are 35 Edward Bogle birth records on the rootsireland.ie site from 1700's to 1900's.

    Can you give me an approximate year of Edward's birth so I can narrow it down.

    I had a look on ancestry at the public member trees and US censuses but had no luck there.
