Hello.john dyer was born around 1838.he married roseanne gill( née Smith )a widow on 14/4/1873 in roscrea.they had 2 sons Henry james and John.i have traced Henry james descendants  but am curious about john jnr..in 19ll cencus he was living in cloughjordan with his wife Elizabeth bannon who he married in 1907 in dorrha.they had 2 children ,roseanne and John.. johns mother roseanne died in 1927 and death was registered in shinrone.john and Elizabeth  are buried in ballingarry...I  can find no record of what happened their children and would like to find out where roseanne is buried.many thanks.

  • From the Civil records  Births 1864 to 1923.   Marriage 1844 to 1944/5   Deaths if they are there I have seen some from the 2000's.    

    The record was Dyar  number 251    This is listed under Borrisokane, this was the registration district.

    Looking on the Buildings return in the 1911 Census they Dyer's lived next to the National School. That could mean 200meters away.

  • There are marriage records at the free site irishgenealogy.ie.  They only cover certain years. You can also apply to the GRO.
