I'm researching the lineage of Edward Cuddy 1808-1886 and Elizabeth Weir d. 1889.
They married 13 Nov 1842 in Killine, Co Meath and had 4 children:
James Cuddy Sr 1843-1912 moved to the US
Margaret Cuddy Farrel b. 1846 (lived in Castlerickard)
Patrick Joseph Cuddy 1849-1939 moved to US
Michael Cuddy 1856-1882
Both James and Patrick had moved to Port Jarvis, NY with their uncle Simon Weir b. 1808.
I'm curious to determine if Edward is related to the Edward Cuddehy listed in longwood as well as the origins of the Weir family.
