Am looking for any information regarding the Gorman family from Newton Mount Kennedy.My great grandfather was Thomas Gorman born 1870 and married Mary Breslin in Oct-Dec 1892 in Kilquade, they went onto have seven children,Jane,Anne,Hugh,Sarah,Mary,Edward & Thomas. Anne died sometime after she was on the 1901 census and Mary died on 20/5/1912. Thomas remarried in 1913 to a lady called Ellen Egger from Greystones and had a further four children John,Marie,Hannah & Elizabeth.Sometime later, I have no dates, the family moved to Huddersfield West Yorkshire, although Jane & Mary went to New York and Hugh followed them in 1928.I am planning a trip to Newtown Mt Kennedy this summer and i would love to be able to visit the places my ancestors lived in and if possible find further information about the Gorman family 

Ok so today is December 27/12/20 because of Covid our visit never happened but i am hoping we can do this in 2021.

    No Gormans in Wicklow in the irish Censuses of 1841 or 51so no addresses I'm afraid.

    There are 13 Gormans in the Tithe Applotments 1825-33 http://titheapplotmentbooks.nationalarchives.ie/

    There are no burial records for Wicklow on rootsireland so I couldn't find any Gorman death records for you
