Looking for information about my great great grandfather George Burke born New Ross, Wexford around 1857 a Mariner.
His Parents are listed on his marriage certificate as William Burke and Eleanor Doherty.
He married Ellen Mahoney in Newcastle N.S.W Australia in 1885.
Being in Australia unsure where I can access any records.
Unsure if there were any other siblings

Hi,
Subscription site - www.rootsireland.ie - has a record of George Burk, Born New Ross August 4th 1857 and baptised on August 9th 1857 - Roman Catholic. Parents: William Burk and Eleanor Doherty.
Baptismal Sponsors: Charles Sweeney and Bridgid Kelly.
I will check under various spellings of the surname and get back to you if I find any siblings.

No siblings found under the surname - Burk, Burke or Bourke. George is at page 226 in the online register - catholicparishregister@nli.ie This entry is in a mix of English and Latin!
Marriage: William Burke to Eleanor Dogharty on July 13th 1856 at New Ross, Diocese of Ferns: Witnesses: John Hanlon and Bridgid Kelly. This entry is not online.
No names of parents or address recorded. There are a number of "William Burke" in New Ross. You should check Griffith's Valuation 1850's for any address that might bring back a memory - www.askaboutireland.ie/Griffith
